About Me!

Hi! My name is Julie Bennett.

I am a freelance trainer who has successfully developed and delivered workshops, presentations and courses for a variety of client groups including:

  • Teacher training in schools
  • Businesses
  • Parents and children
  • Young people and adults

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a Diploma in Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia). My early working life was as a school teacher and I have now specialised in training and consultancy.

  • I deliver training in dyslexia awareness, emotional intelligence and overcoming barriers to learning.
  • My training is interactive and multi sensory and therefore appeals to many different learning styles.
  • I believe in finding creative innovative solutions to learning difficulties.
  • It is important to help learners to achieve self empowerment and to realise that they hold the key to unlock their own potential.

I am dyslexic and I have two children who are dyslexic. This enables me to see things from the perspective of a parent, a dyslexic adult and a professional.
